Sinvest Group take over Van Gerven and Van Erp International
It is our pleasure to inform you about the acquisition of Van Gerven BV and Van Erp International BV, both located in Son, by Sinvest Group BV. Sinvest Group BV is a holding company under which SIBO BV, Veghel is already active.

Van Gerven, established in 1981, manufactures a wide range of pond products, including UV-C units, filter systems, dry-food, and Aetaire air treatment units. Van Erp International develop and manufacture UV-C units and filter systems for the pool and spa market under the brand name Blue Lagoon. The customers of both companies consist of wholesalers, distributors and private label customers around the world. Van Gerven and Van Erp International are both known for their high quality products at affordable prices.

Sinvest Group BV, also owner of SIBO BV, see great synergy in this takeover. SIBO is an international operating wholesaler / manufacturer for over 18 years in plastic pipes & fittings, irrigation and pond supplies. Through the markets that SIBO already supply, the products of both Van Gerven and Van Erp International have a much broader outlet. Both companies can thus focus on their core businesses: the development and production of products for the pond- and pool market. Van Gerven and Van Erp International will continue operating independently, to produce exclusively for wholesalers and private label customers.
